Addendums to the HOA Rules and Regs

  • Fractional Ownership:   At the annual meeting on April 22, 2025, over two-thirds (2/3) of the homeowners voted to prohibit fractional ownership of MI homes.
     
    The amendment to our declaration was filed with the county on May 12, 2025. A copy of the amendment is available on the MI website at: Fractional Ownership Amendment LINK

  • Amenity Hours of Operation: As updated by the Board on December 5, 2024.

  • Transfer Fee: On March 11, 2021, at the annual meeting, overwhelmingly passed the resolution to implement a Capital Reserve, otherwise known as the transfer fee.  Over 90% (or 323) of the votes being  affirmative to implement all of the Board's recommended changes.   Link to Transfer Fee - County Filed Document

  • ARB - Rock Installation Options for SFH and Villas:  As approved by the HOA Board on June 10, 2025.  You must file an ARB application to install rock on your property. Failure to do so can result in penalties and the possible removal of the installation.  LINK to Guidelines Document

  • General Pool Usage Rules:  The attached link will highlight the usage rules for the main pool, spa and kiddie pool.   General Usage Rules Link

  • The rules governing the Recreation Tract and other MI amenities are meant to maintain
    safety, limit liability (insurance, lawsuits, etc.), and control maintenance/upkeep costs of
    our community assets - courts, clubhouse, pools, common grounds, etc.

  • General Rules Governing Trainers on MI HOA Property: The following general rules apply to all trainers (e.g., tennis, pickle ball, swimming, gym, yoga, etc.) who provide training services to Marbella Isles (MI) residents on HOA property. The HOAand management staff reserve the right to amend these rules as needed.

  • General Rules Governing Outdoor Court Usage: Reservation System: Outdoor courts must be reserved in advance by residents using the online reservation system on the MI HOA website.
