To be used when purchasing a home in MI. The form must be fully completed and then returned to the HOA office with all required documents and a non-refundable fee of $150.00 - check made payable to Marbella Isles.
A home
cannot be sold without the proper form and documents approved by the HOA office.

Rental applications must be submitted to and approved by the Lifestyle Director or other designated staff at least seven (7) days in advance and no more than six (6) months in advance of a planned event.
