  • Application to Purchase a Home
 
To be used when purchasing a home in MI. The form must be fully completed and then returned to the HOA office with all required documents and a non-refundable fee of $150.00 - check made payable to Marbella Isles. A home cannot be sold without the proper form and documents approved by the HOA office.            Form LINK
 
 
  • Lease Application
 
To be used by owners wishing to rent your home according to the HOA rules.  (Please see page 18 of the MI Rules and Regulations for more details of renting your home:  Document Link)  The form must be fully completed and then returned to the HOA office with all required documents and a non-refundable fee of $150.00 - check made payable to Marbella Isles.  Approval by the HOA office is required before the rental can begin.     Form LINK
 
 
  • Amenity Rentals - Clubhouse Social Room and Picnic Pavilion
 
Rental applications must be submitted to and approved by the Lifestyle Director or other designated staff at least seven (7) days in advance and no more than six (6) months in advance of a planned event. Please see the Social Lifestyle Director for more information. By submitting the Rental Application, the resident agrees to abide by all rules posted on the MI HOA Rules and Regulations (LINK)

  • Homes for Sale/Rent - Ad Application
To post a sale or rental ad for an MI home, the homeowner or their realtor simply needs to complete the attached Sale/Rental Ad form and submit it via email to the Website System Administrator using the "Contact Us" function. The form must be signed by the homeowner.
 
Once the ad is submitted, the administrator will create and publish it. When the ad is live, the provided contacts will receive an email notification to review the listing. The homeowner or realtor should then verify the ad and notify the administrator of any necessary changes.
 
Up to six (6) photos of the home may be submitted. Photos must be in JPEG format and no larger than 4MB each.
